It's Always Christmas and Halloween at The Shabby Red Door!!

I just wanted to let all my customers and collectors know that even if you are only in the area once a year or in the summer only.....it's Christmas and Halloween in The Shabby Red Door all the time.

With a Heavy Heart........

I am feeling pretty sad today. Yesterday I had the sad task of having our boy Saki put to sleep. We were so blessed to have him since he was a baby (born in 96) but it's hard. He was like our kid and I have to say he was the "perfect" cat. Not a problem in 18 years at all. Nothing but a loving companion to both of us.
He will be greatly missed!! Thank you God for bringing him into our lives.....

I'm trying to make my ADD self sit down long enough to list some new Halloween cards up on my Etsy site.

Far and Away.......

I've been away from my blog for so long and spending so much time on Facebook, that I almost forgot I had a blog! So....no promises for me to break, but I think I'm going to try harder to keep it up....I think. It seems  a good place to write more detailed info than on Facebook.
In any case here I am again, what, 3 years later??  Procrastination is my middle name.....
I am working away on my art and projects as usual. I'm so excited I am going to be featured in the Art Doll Quarterly magazine (stampington.com) in their Fall issue coming out August 1,2014. It is for their Anthropomorphic Art Doll challenge and I will post the issue here when it comes out.
